Job Title: Management Trainee

(*Management Trainee for a period of 6 months after which the company can absorb the candidate, depending upon his/her performance.)

Function: Sales & Marketing / Materials / Finance/ Customer Support & Relations

Job Profile

You will be assigned to become a team member of a task force with short term projects along with a team leader. Depending on your performance, dedication, skills - you can also be assigned as a team Leader of projects during this period. The assignment could be in any of the functions of the company and can be on job rotation basis, as required.

Prerequisites

  • MBA or PGDBA in Marketing, IT & Systems or an equivalent combination of education and related business experience.
  • Excellent Communication Skills .
  • Analytical skills .
  • Dynamic and self-confident Personality .
  • High level of interpersonal relations.
  • Should be proactive, motivated, result oriented, problem solver.
  • Flair for the function in which you want to work.

Job Title: Technical Trainee

(*Technical Trainee for a period of 6 months after which the company will absorb the candidate, depending upon his /her performance.)

Function: Technical

Job Profile

  • Investigate, analyze and resolve technical problems
  • Maintain a synergetic relationship with other key departments.
  • Responsible for self-development of the required technical expertise and product knowledge.
  • Perform duties as assigned.
  • Contribute in improving systems and procedures in the technical department.
  • Contribute in overall efficiency of the technical department and significantly contribute in the business of the company.

  • BE (Electronics and Communications, Telecommunications) or an equivalent combination of education and related business experience.
